Butter Chicken Masala

An easy recipe to make a rich creamy Indian chicken butter masala.It is wonderful with butter nan or pillau rice.


  •     1kg Boneless chicken
  •     200g Butter
  •     6 teaspoon ginger-garlic
  •     6 large Tomatoes(liquidised)
  •     1/2 cup yoghurt
  •     200g Cashew nut (grounded)
  •     3Tablespoon Chilli powder
  •     2Teaspoon garham masala
  •     pinch of red color
  •     2teaspoonSalt
  •     1 Large Onion
  •     Chopped corrinder for garnish


  •     Cube the chicken and marinate with yogurt ,ginger-garlic,red color,chilli powder salt and garham masala.
  •     Bake the chicken on a tray in the oven until tender, set side when done.
  •     Melt butter,add ground cashew nut ,with small diced onion and coo on low heat until light brown.
  •     Add liquidsed tomatoes and acook until well blended
  •     Lastley add the chicken and cook for about 15 min on low heat.
  •     Garnish with corriander before serving.
